Yerba located at the museum square in Amsterdam, is on a plant-based restaurant. They have to be exciting and interesting to eat, the best fruits and food plants of the season. They grow their own food, working with local producers, farmers and fishermen, and to present some of the best new alternative meals. Meals will be available as a vegan, vegetarian or omnivore.
With the same passion, manufactures, and sells Yerba vegetable-based cheese alternatives, which are all hand-made by their chef, Walter Marskamp (such as Wild Boar, the Hoxton Hotel. All of the YERBAkazen are 100% vegan and 100% gluten-free. It is based on cashews.
