Located off Amsterdam's Museumplein, Yerba is a plant forward restaurant space for offering root to seed sustainable eating. They care about exciting and engaging food, based on the finest vegetables and edible plants of the season. They grow their own, work with local producers, farmers and fishermen, and present the best new alternative dining. Meals are available as vegan, vegetarian or omnivore.
With the same passion Yerba produces and sells plant based cheese alternatives, hand crated by their chef Walter Marskamp (Wilde Zwijnen, Hoxton Hotel). All YERBAkaas are 100% vegan and 100% gluten free.
